国家贫富差距还是比较大的，而且掌握在富人手里的资金又很多，闲置资金购买不动产置实业自己住不完也不给你用。房子成炒作商品，而又是必须品才导致现在房价高居不下。现在算算在珠三角买房找个立足之地对于打工一族就是付出一辈子背着这个蜗牛壳其他什么都干不了了。。悲哀啊。。
